Lesko values have evolved from the combined ethos of the Pleszko family members old and new. They embrace a heritage of craftmanship and customer excellence with a drive for quality and innovation. Our Chairman and CEO’s desire is to develop a passionate, supportive, creative environment, in which we work successfully and collaborate as one team. At Lesko we champion diversity, are keen advocates for equality and we want our values to speak for themselves with true authenticity. Our open-door policy runs throughout our business ensuring our team knows they can express their ideas or feelings, whenever, wherever.
Employee and visitor safety is our utmost priority. Every employee has a role to play in keeping each other safe. We provide the knowledge, training and tools to enable safe systems of working and we never compromise!
The Lesko ethos is to provide a quality product and excellent customer and employee experience. We know this does not happen by accident. It takes integrity, dedication, care and attention to detail to achieve this.
We will achieve greatness if we are open to ideas and opportunities. Lesko know that personal growth and company growth go hand in hand.
Ambitious plans make for hard work! This means pulling together and being flexible in our approach. Lesko offer a welcoming and supportive working environment where ‘time out’ is valued and personal growth is actively promoted.
Each and every employee has a valuable role to play in the Lesko Group story. We are not interested in complex hierarchy. We are interested in mutual respect, friendliness and collaboration. We will only ever promise what we know we can deliver!
People are at the heart of all we do here at Lesko. From recruiting diverse team members, to building and maintaining customer, supplier and partner relationships, we truly value our people. Investing in our people is of equal importance to us as investing in our products.
